Reception 2020 - I've been offered a place ... what next?

START OF JUNE
 
Classteachers liaise with pre-schools to arrange transfer of information.  
 
MID JUNE

'New starter pack' sent to parents/carers via Royal Mail.   
 
END JUNE
 
  • Email confirming child's class and a video message from their teacher. 
  • ALL paperwork to be returned to St Bons.  (Please note that if your child has a diagnosed allergy then the Food Allergy and Intolerance Form should be returned directly to the catering company - Chartwells). 

  • Please could parents complete the Pupil Premium Checker Form and let the school office know if you are eligible for pupil premium funding. 
 
BREAKFAST CLUB AND AFTERSCHOOL CLUBS
 
All the information about before and after school childcare facilities was provided in your 'new starter packs'.  Information also available on the website. 
 
 
SEPTEMBER
 
WEEK 1 (beginning 7th Sept)  
Parent/carer meetings with classteachers.  An opportunity for parents to come in with their child to speak to the classteacher and let their child see their classroom.  Please book appointment directly with your child's classteacher as per Mrs Ballantine's letter of 07/07/20. 

WEEK 2 (beginning 14th Sept) - Mornings or Afternoons
Group 1:   9.00-12.00
Group 2:   1.15-3.30

WEEK 3 (beginning 21st Sept) - Mornings or Afternoons
Group 2:    9.00-12.00
Group 1:    1.15-3.30

WEEK 4 (beginning 28th Sept) - Short day with lunch
All children 9.00-1.45 

WEEK 5 (beginning 5th Oct) - Short day with lunch
All children 9.00-1.45 
 
WEEK 6 (beginning 12th Oct) - Full time
All children full time 9.00-3.30
