How to make online payments

The Arbor Parent App lets parents register their child for a club or trip, and manage payments from their phone or computer. It allows parents to update their contact details if required.

Parents can download the app, enable notifications, and log in using the email which the school holds for you and a password set by themselves.

What is the Parent Arbor App?

The Parent App is for use on mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. 

Once you have downloaded the app, click to enter the app and then click 'Forgot your password?' Add in your email address then click Reset password.

You'll then receive an email. Click the link in this email to set your password. Create your password. Asasecurityprecaution,youwillthenbeaskedtoconfirmoneofyourchildren’sdatesofbirth.Onceyou clickverify you willbelogged in!

How to pay using the Parent Arbor App
·         Pay-as-you-go (bank card): You must top up your account before booking sessions.
·         Tax-Free/ Childcare Vouchers: You must top up your child-care account, on the subsequent Monday the funds will go into your Arobr account. 
How to Top Up Your Account
1.    Open the Arbor Parent App and go to your child’s profile.
2.    Select Accounts, then choose the relevant club (e.g. Breakfast Club).
3.    Select the current term (e.g. Term 1).
4.    Tap Top Up Account, choose the bill payer and amount, then pay.
5.    Repeat for each child if applicable.
 
 How to Book a Club Session
1.    In the app, go to Activities > Clubs.
2.    Select the club (e.g. Breakfast Club or After School Club).
3.    Tap Register for Club.
4.    Choose the membership option (usually one available).
5.    Select your required dates and tap Apply.
6.    Tap Next to confirm. If your account has sufficient funds, the booking will be completed.
7.    Repeat for each child if applicable.
