Food allergies/intolerances

If your child suffers from a food allergy/intolerance please ensure that the school has been informed.

In addition, you will need to complete an Allergies & Intolerances Referral Form from our food service provider, Aspens, before your child is able to have a school meal.  This form can be downloaded from the attachment list below or is available from the school office.

The form needs to be completed and returned to the school office, once confirmed by Aspens your child will recieve Aspens alergy aware menu.
